Soleil Power, represented by its CEO, Brendan Cronin, was one of the companies featured at the GIZ Investment Guide Launch Event held in Kampala on August 19th, 2022.
This event was attended by both Ugandan start-up businesses and investors, and focused on the investment scene in Uganda. Soleil Power was highlighted as one of the up and coming businesses which will develop skilled jobs and contribute to the development of the local economy by building up the manufacturing base and reducing reliance on imported products.
GIZ, through its Business Scouts for Development and Make IT programs, is working to help Ugandan businesses access financing and technical services. The event featured key findings from the Ugandan investment guide and presented entrepreneurs with the chance to share their business ideas.
